Introducing the PRO PERFORMANCE TRAINING online program. Our very own strength & conditioning online classes which are aimed at developing and educating the older players of our academy on the physical demands of senior football.
Carefully structured by our coaching team who have backgrounds in sports science and fitness, this program will help our players improve their strength and fitness while also teaching them topics like injury prevention, SAQ, and how to take care of their bodies. Our sessions will prepare the players to train harder and aim higher to increase their performance as being strong physically is a vital component of a successful football player.
This program is offered complimentary to all players who are signed up to our Online Training Program which is priced at RM180 a month per player. The sessions are held via the Zoom Video platform with trainings happening at least 3 times a week. The program is for players aged 13 years old - 18 years old.
Join our online training this July, as we offer multiple programs, 7 days a week including Skill Training, Strength & Conditioning, Goalkeeper Training, Tactical/Theory sessions, and even Yoga sessions for players and their families.
